The 10 Best Love Quotes for this Valentine’s Day

Hi guys! To celebrate this Valentine’s Day (and because most of us feel extra sawi during this day), I thought it’d be nice to have another round of quotes

So without further ado, here are my top 10 favourite love quotes of all time:

1. “Sometimes the universe works in a really weird way. you hate the people who love you, and you love the people who just aren’t really that into you. and then there are those who love you as you love them, but fate just decides that you’re not meant to be.

2. “You are at once both the quiet and the confusion of my heart.”
– Franz Kafka

3. “I love you not as something private and personal, which is my own, but as something universal and worthy of love which I have found.”
– Henry David Thoreau

4. “You’ll always care about your first love. That doesn’t make you crazy, it just makes you human. When relationships end, it’s not so cut and dry. You carry everyone you’ve ever loved into every relationship thereafter.
– Ryan O’Connell

5. “The beauty of shooting stars lies in their temporary existence. So even though we were for just a moment, I find comfort in knowing that we were extraordinary.”

6. “When it was dark, you always carried the sun in your hand for me.”

7. “It’s a mystery of human chemistry and I don’t understand it. Some people, as far as the senses are concerned, just feel like home.”
– Nick Hornby, High Fidelity

8. I just wanted to tell you that with all your faults i love you. I love or revere very few people. as for the rest, I’m ashamed of my indifference to them. But for those I love, nothing and no one, neither I nor certainly they themselves, can ever make me stop loving them. It took me a long time to learn that; now I know it.”
– Albert Camus, The First Man

9. “You are far in distance but close to my heart.”

10. “A relationship should not be measured in months or years. It’s the calibre of the memories that matter. Their impact, their permanence, and the degree to which they change you. I’ve had relationships lasting years I can now scarcely recollect, and hours with others that feel like infinities.”
– Beau Taplin, “The Measurement”

It’s so weird blogging again, since the last time I had a proper entry out was towards the end of December about my Christmas Gift Guide. I took some time off to fix stuff here and there, but I just want to say thank you to everyone who’s been reading my blog since the start, and to the new readers as well.

Comment or PM me on what your favourite quote was, or how you spent your Valentines day! Well, I really liked how I spent mine (alone but!!) I was able to make omurice for the first time and that made me really happy and proud of myself (TMI?). I hope you enjoyed, I’ll release the next one this Sunday.
